- We will endeavor to dispatch your item within 48 hours of receiving full payment.
- We ship in unbranded packaging and will include a copy of your invoice / packing list where provided. We include your return address and business name. The end customer receives a fast and friendly service dealing directly with you.
- We use Royal Mail postal services on small / individual items; we find this the most cost effective method of shipping. Items over 2KG will be dispatched via Royal Mail parcel service which takes 3/5 working days. We also have the ability to send larger consignments next day delivery; please contact us to discuss terms and prices.
- We are willing to ship anywhere in the world. Please contact us for prices to non UK destinations, as all postage costs listed are quoted for UK main land delivery via the methods outlined above.
