Beaded Coconut Maraca
This maraca is constructed with a sustainable teak wood handle. The coconut chamber is covered in a string mesh threaded with Jentri beads which bang and scrape the coconut whilst being played which adds a second layer of sound to the traditional maraca.

Rattan Super Maraca
This Maraca is our finest here at World Rhythm with superior sound quality. The sound chamber is created with a single piece of rattan, coiled and glued to form a sphere then filled with very fine beads. A teak handle is also coated in rattan to complete the insturement.

Pangi Seed Shaker
The seed case of the Pangium edule tree is used to great effect in this instrument. Many Pangi seeds are bound to a bamboo handle with natural twine. It creates a deep and dry rattle when played. The bamboo handle is further decorated with an etched pattern and finished with twine binding.
