World Rhythm Percussion Wholesale Trade Terms

1. The minimum wholesale order is £150 + VAT*.
2. VAT* will be charged on all orders at the current rate.
3. All goods remain the property of World Rythm Percussion until paid for in full.
4. Pro forma payment is required on all initial orders. Credit terms can be arranged upon request thereafter.
5. Shipping charges are dependant on the size and weight of an order and will be confirmed before the consignment is dispatched. Special delivery methods can be arranged upon request.
6. Any shortfalls or damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. World Rhythm Percussion are under no obligation to accept returns. An administration fee of 15% will be levied on any agreed returns.
7. All delivery items will be honoured to the best of our ability, World Rhythm Percussion cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping that are outside of our control.
8. Wholesale prices are subject to review and changes may be made at any time, World Rhythm Percussion will honour prices on any confirmed order.
